Production
Our jewels take 3-5 weeks for production excluding holidays. After your payment is received and your order is cleared at checkout, you will receive an automatic email with your invoice.
Shipping
When your unique piece is made, you will receive an email with the shipping details. We provide complimentary shipping across the globe. Sopar Jewelry is not responsible for possible import costs. Regional laws will apply.
We send our packages via FedEx or DHL. An adult signature is required for receiving the package. If you are not home, a next day attempt will be made. Please contact your local office for custom delivery.
Return Policy
We strive towards top customer service at all time. As your unique piece of jewelry is handmade to order in the Netherlands, besides repairs, we do not accept returns. The sale becomes binding at the time you place your order in the online order form.

Sizing
All rings are standard EU sizes. Please check our ring size chart to convert to other standards. If you don’t know your size we recommend to buy a ring sizer to measure. We can’t be responsible for determining your ring size.
Diamond Clarity
Our diamonds come from Belgium and US and are close to colorless (F & G) and VS1 in clarity.
Gemstone Clarity
Our gemstones are ethically sourced from all over the world. We only buy conflict-free gemstones, meaning we only trade with parties that pay fair rates and create acceptable working conditions. Please note that no stone is alike as per their natural state. Colors can vary in intensity.
Product Imagery
Images and specifications are for indication and can be slightly different from reality. All products are handmade and mainly made of natural materials such as 14K gold and precious stones.
Prices
All prices of the items are displayed in EURO, include 21% Dutch VAT but exclude any shipping costs.
Payment Methods
At Sopar Jewelry you can choose from various secure payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Alternatively, you can also pay via Klarna. In case of payment by bank or giro, the date of payment will be the date of crediting the giro or bank account of Sopar Jewelry. If the payment term is exceeded, Sopar Jewelry can decide whether or not the order will be canceled.
Please note that although the Websites have been carefully compiled, it is possible that the price information on our Websites contains errors. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event of obvious errors.
Credit card details such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., are automatically transferred via an encrypted and secure system to the payment provider, full credit card details are not visible. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard there is extra protection through special verification methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).
